With over 23 years of experience in commercial and property law, Ben has smoothly navigated a wide ranging caseload of transactions involving commercial property leases, sales, purchases, and refinancing for his clients.
Ben has represented clients on both sides of the table, serving commercial landlords and business tenants in lease agreements and sub-leases. His expertise also extends to advising clients on matters including Overage Agreements, promotion agreements and acquiring sites for residential development and subsequent plot sales. He is also well-versed in assisting clients using their pensions (SIPPS and SASS’s) in commercial property matters.
Ben's client portfolio is as varied as his expertise, ranging from aristocratic figures and professional sportsmen to everyday individuals and national companies to sole traders. He is a trusted adviser to clients and seeks to understand a business to be able to help in whatever way is needed either directly with advice or by making introductions to his larger network of contacts.

Outside of work, Ben cherishes time with his family—his wife, four sons, and two dogs. When he's not immersed in legal matters, you can find him indulging in his passions for swimming, running, and attending classical and folk music concerts.
