Conveyancing Assistant required for our busy Bury office team working for one of our main Conveyancers who deals largely in new build properties.  This is to replace a team member who is retiring and is a full time permanent position.  Experience in property is required.

 

This role demands excellent communication and customer service skills to deal with both clients and third parties involved in the transaction.  It also demands attention to detail and a high level of organisation due to the volume of cases ongoing.

Conveyancing Liaison required initially for a fixed term contact of a minimum of 9 months to cover maternity leave in our Bury branch. 

 

This role involves essentially being the first point of contact for new business in our conveyancing department and providing quotes to potential new clients and developing the necessary rapport with them to hopefully win their business.  It also involves liaising with estate agents and new build site offices providing updates on cases and assisting with sales progression.  At the heart of this role is also business development for the conveyancing team.  Although this is initially only a fixed term Contract we would hope to be able to offer employment beyond this for the right person who has shown loyalty, initiative and hard work, as our team is always expanding and looking for new opportunities.

Commercial Solicitor Required

We are recruiting a Commercial Solicitor of at least 4 years PQE to join our busy and friendly team based on Rochdale’s high street.

If you are thinking about moving and would perhaps like to work closer to home, we would love to hear from you.

The role will involve a broad range of both Corporate and Commercial Property work including business sales, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisations, company re-structures, corporate finance, commercial contracts and extensive commercial property transactions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and must be able to show experience of dealing with Corporate or Commercial Property work with further training available.

In addition to managing your own matters you will be assisting on higher value and more complex corporate and property matters.

We are ideally looking for candidates who can manage transactions from start to finish to include drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and other documentation, liaising directly with clients, attending meetings and conferences and engaging in business development.
