Family Solicitor Required - newly qualified to 3 years PQE
As a passionate and ambitious Family Solicitor based in our Bury office, you will become an integral part of a successful family team and will gain exellent exposure to a diverse caseload of family matters, including divorce, separation; financial remedy proceedings; child arrangements; pre and post-nuptial agreements and property disputes.
You will have strong advocacy skills;have the ability to provide excellent client care and possess a sensitive approach in handling matters. The role requires a passion for business development, taking a confident lead in promoting and strengthening the firms standing and abilities.

Experienced Residential Conveyancer Required
We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our busy Bury conveyancing team. We have a continuous stream of good quality residential transactions covering all work types and are looking to expand our team and appoint an individual with technical ability who will be able to carry their own caseload and assist with enquiries from other members of the team. Support will be provided from the head of department, management team and administration teams and growth and progression is a given for the right individual.
Our generous package will be discussed at interview but salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Residential Conveyancing Assistant Required
We are looking for our next amazing Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Rochdale conveyancing team. We are looking to expand our team and appoint an individual with some experience to take the place of others who have now progressed to fee earning roles. Ideally you will have worked in a conveyancing environment for some time already and be capable of dealing with pre and post completion work. Organisational skills are a must have for this busy department where you will work with other team members providing quotes, liaising with clients and dealing with the daily requirements of conveyancing transactions. A positive outlook is essential in this challenging but rewarding role within our friendly and forward thinking firm.
