Congratulations to Keira Tonge who recently passed her Business Administration Apprenticeship
Keira joined AST Hampsons in November 2023 as a receptionist and has been studying the business administration qualification with Qdos Training, via remote learning, whilst working within her role. The course has allowed Keira to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of all the moving parts that form AST Hampsons and gain knowledge and skills that now form a base for her future career.
Keira, when commenting on her time working at AST Hampsons said “I am grateful to everyone at AST for the constant support and recognition. Having such great colleagues who are always willing to offer advice made the experience much easier. Especially Sharon, who has been my mentor on reception since I started. Sharon is the best of the best and learning from her directly was invaluable, I have developed a world of knowledge and skills.
I also worked closely with Jennifer Worcester (Partner & Head of Family) throughout my apprenticeship. I am incredibly grateful to Jennifer for all the opportunities she provided me with as well as always being available and so positive. Jennifer always offered her support and was present for every meeting and review to ensure I was making progress.”
Commenting on Keira’s success, Jennifer Worcester said “I am incredibly proud of Keira's journey so far. She has grown in confidence and maturity throughout her apprenticeship and consistently demonstrates a calm and professional approach. Her progression into a Paralegal Apprenticeship is thoroughly deserved.”
At the beginning of this year Keira moved to the Litigation department and is now enrolled at Oldham College where she will begin her Paralegal apprenticeship in May.
