Gemma Worthington

Paralegal in the Court of Protection Department

My name is Gemma Worthington and I am a Paralegal in the Court of Protection Department, based at our Bury Office but cover both offices.

I have worked in the legal profession since 2003 and I have always worked in the Private Client Department which has given me 22 years experience in this field.  Latterly, I have been with AST Hampsons for over four years who have recognised my experience within the department and I have successfully turned that experience into a Paralegal Qualification.

I am qualified to specialise in Private Client matters, but in particular Court of Protection work, assisting vulnerable clients with their affairs.  I am also part of the Wills and Probate Team.

In my spare time I enjoy being busy with my family and friends, dining out at new places and trips away with my husband and three girls.
