Ged joined AST Hampsons in February 2021 as a newly qualified solicitor.
Ged graduated from Manchester Law School (Manchester Metropolitan University) in 2014 with a degree in Law. Upon graduating Ged joined a long established high street law firm in Salford as a paralegal. He completed his Legal Practice Course part time at Manchester Law School between 2015 and 2017, whilst continuing in his position as a paralegal. He went on to complete his training contract with the firm which he successfully completed in February 2021.
Ged is an experienced residential conveyancer. He can handle property sales, property purchases, freehold transactions, leasehold transactions, new build property purchases, sales and purchases of apartments, transfers of equity, remortgages, right to buys, help to buys, shared ownership and transactions involving development finance. He acts for individuals, lenders, investors, developers and private limited companies.
Ged is approachable and endeavours to always provide his clients with the best possible service.
In his spare time Ged tries to keep fit by running and cycling. He also attempts to try and keep a track of his many nephews and nieces, from Dublin to West Yorkshire.
