Home Information Packs

It is now compulsory to produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) for your property before you are able to market it. The HIP is aimed to provide any potential buyer with some useful information about your property before they decide whether to make an offer on it.

As the majority of the HIP consists of legal documents which we already deal with on a daily basis, we are able to prepare a fully legally compliant HIP with the minimum amount of stress and expense. We have contacts with local energy assessors who will come round to your home to provide the energy performance certificate. Once completed, we will provide both yourself and your estate agents (if applicable) with a copy to enable your property to be marketed as quickly as possible.

Property Transactions

We recommend you contact us as soon as possible after you have decided to embark on any property transaction. As well as being able to provide you with all the legal advice you will require on any property transaction, we also have strong local contacts and, if necessary, we can put you in contact with local estate agents, financial advisors and surveyors in order to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.
